Underground Utility Support for Central Florida Projects

Keep field work coordinated from utility exposure through inspection and corrective work. Send the project location, scope and target date so we can review the work with your team.

Before construction: clarify the underground scope

For utility conflicts and planned crossings, identify exposure points and the information your team needs. Include utility plans, anticipated depths and access restrictions in a hydro excavation inquiry. Confirm locating, notification, restoration and documentation responsibilities before mobilization.

During construction: coordinate cleaning and inspection

Coordinate pipe access, cleaning limits and inspection requirements with the superintendent. Send the latest applicable plans and specifications, identify lines that are ready and note water, traffic or flow restrictions. A clear scope helps reduce unnecessary return trips.

Before turnover: define the owner's deliverables

Include the required report format, line identifiers, video delivery method and deadline when requesting CCTV work. Where deficiencies are observed, discuss corrective options and post-repair inspection. Acceptance remains with the owner or governing authority.
